SHIPPING
Items are shipped via USPS within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. All our online pieces fit in a small USPS flat rate box starting at $6.25, tracking and insurance included. Expedited shipping may be available upon request (email us). Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days.
An 8% sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within California.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Countries we currently ship to are: Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please email us to see if shipment can be arranged.
Transit time for international shipments is 3-4 weeks on average. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). For example, if you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th. Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 60 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the original order date.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
