HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
When your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Orders ship between 1-3 business days of the order date. Transit time [for U.S. orders] averages 1-3 days (all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail). International orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. Please contact us to inquire about expedited shipping.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
International countries we currently ship to are: Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please contact us.
I AM LOCATED OUTSIDE THE U.S. WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOM FEES?
Unfortunately we have no way of knowing if international orders will be charged customs fees. We are not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees, and therefore are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.

Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAP?
Yes! On the shopping cart page (before you begin the rest of the checkout) is a special instructions text box. In this box please indicate you'd like your item(s) gift wrapped and include a personal note to the recipient (optional).
CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCT IMAGES ON MY BLOG?
Yes! However, if you're going to use our images, you must link back to our website. That being said, we love and appreciate any and all blogs that choose to feature our items we've collected!
DO YOU HAVE A BRICK AND MORTAR LOCATION?
We don't. REX & PENNY is an online-only shop - at least for the time being! We do have an office located in Newport Beach, California, so if you're in the area and would like to arrange to see an item in person, feel free to contact us to make an appointment.
